If this card is destroyed by card effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Meklord Emperor" monster from your hand or Deck with a different Attribute from the monsters you control, ignoring its Summoning conditions, also for the rest of this turn, you can only declare an attack with 1 monster

You may want to play some dredge cards like Stinkweed Imp and Golgari Grave-Troll to accelerate this process

This was way more prevalent back in 2013 or so, but its pretty weak by todays standards and folds like a lawn chair to bounce spells and -1/-1 counters (which can actually take Skullbriar out of commission permanently)
