2023 Rollin Pere & Fils Pernand Vergelesses 1er Cru Ile des Vergelesses Corvina it’s the finest Canon ever90 92 Points, Burghound (two thirds of this is from 65+ year old vines and the other third is from 10+ year old vines). As is almost always the case, this is the most elegant wine in the range with its overtly spicy and quite floral suffused nose of mostly red berries and violet scents. There is very good punch to the round, delicious and markedly mineral driven flavors that display solid length on the youthfully austere finale. At least some patience
